Based in south of France, Adeline has been sculpting for 20 years already. She is the descendant of the famous sculptor Bathelemy Guibal, well known for the two fountains he had created on the “place Stanislas” in Nancy. After a law thesis, she found her vocation in the art of sculpting.
“Initiated to the bronze work, she transmits in her creations a real freedom of movement, a breath of escape.
Fascinated in the horses, she creates characters in movements (animals or humans) inspired by Germaine Richier and Giacometti’s chefs d’oeuvres but with a strong originality. Each one of her sculptures is reflecting fragility, a weak harmony close to the breaking point and the emotion of an ephemeral moment, all of it is permeated with a taste of sophistication like no others.”
