

Li Dongfeng, born in Baoji in 1967, is currently a professor, master supervisor, and the Dean of the Department of Painting, College of Fine Art, China West Normal University. He is also a master supervisor of College of Fine Arts, Shaanxi Normal University, a committee member of China Society for Anthropology of Art, a fellow of China Folklore Society, an expert in " National Training Plan '' host by the Ministry of Education, the Associate Dean of Kai Ming institute of Painting and Calligraphy, researcher fo Sichuan Center for Zhang Daqian Studies, a fellow of Shanxi Artists Association.
He published 7 monographs including " The Temporal and Spatial insights into Chinese Folk Arts", " Traditional Chinese Paintings by Li Dongfeng", edited 14 textbooks, published over 80 papers in various journals, including the " Literature and Art Studies " " Art Observations ", " Decorations " as well as more than 30 pieces of traditional Chinese painting works, composed over 50 art reviews, participated in many art exhibitions, host 13 research projects at provincial or ministerial levels. Paintings " The Lost Time" , " Hello Spring " and other works were selected for the National Art Exhibition organised by the Chinese Artists Association.
